Led Interface and Experience Design of various digital products while coordinating with an integrated team of designers and developers.
As a Lead UX Strategist at Booz, I work alongside a team of creatives and leaders to design and develop cutting-edge digital products for various government organizations. Our products empower users to make actionable decisions through carefully streamlined workflows designed to meet their goals and solve their usability problems. I use digital design tools like Adobe Creative Suite to build original concepts and graphics that fit our client’s needs.
Utilized Design Thinking Methods and industry-standard practices when performing user research workshops, card sorts, and user interviews; and when synthesizing research data into an easily digestible visual presentation deck.
Our unique relationships allow us the opportunity to interact with members across the entire DoD community to better understand what they need to get their jobs done. Our research methods include participant interviews, cognitive walkthroughs, and user testing. Each of our designers works together to lead and facilitate design sessions with our government clients to gain insight and inform our design decisions.
We utilize a working design system to keep our design solutions consistent across various platforms and clients. Employing this design system, I have designed custom applications and websites that directly address our client’s various usability needs.
