Researcher. Designer.

Artist.

I work closely with various DoD agencies to design and produce user experiences that streamline workflows.

I interview end-users and stakeholders (military and civilian alike), in pursuit of insight into their design problems; which then informs new creative design solutions.

I synthesize research data from workshops, interviews, and card-sorts into an easily digestible design deck.

Located in Southern Illinois, I work remotely at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead UX Strategist. I assist in research efforts amongst an integrated team of researchers and designers. I lead various product design initiatives, simultaneously, in a secure environment for DoD clients.

I love solving usability problems that force me to think outside the box. I have a passion for equity and believe in designing for transparency and the common good. While dark patterns and miscommunication can drive revenue or impressions, the UX community has an ethical responsibility to all stakeholders affected by our designs and solutions.

Iā€™m always eager to learn more and share experiences. Feel free to leave me a line about anything from user pain points to Konami cheat codes. Thanks for reading.
